Theirs this girl who's been REALY flirting with me for about 4 months but i never realy payed much attention to it untill now. I do like her too but im shy and so is she. Im 110% sure she likes/liked me. So i was interested in seeing what she would do if i told her i liked her. So as she was leaving where i work, i told her i realy like her and she smiled and giggled abit. So for the last few days, she has been giving me the cold shoulder and only says hi & bye with a smile. I didn't expect this at all and im realy confused. Did i freak her out? does she not like me? or since she now knows i like her and wants to play hard to get? If she never liked me, she sured fooled me big time. Any advice please!

You waited 4 months to try and hook up with her knowing she was flirting with you. That's a big no man but she could just be thinking of you as a friend and now she is just avoiding you because she doesnt want you like that. Or she could be waiting for you to do something, Ask her to hang out and see where it goes from there. If she keeps brushin you off to the side just move on.

Sometimes girls are kind of shy and since you didnt notice her flirting for about 4 months shes used to the fact and probably thought of you as more of a friend. Now that a realationship has been put on the table, maybe shes overwhelmed??

Move on, Romeo. You screwed this one up. I know, because I did the same thing years ago. She liked you, but she thinks you tried to go "too fast" and you scared her off.

There is no chance for recovery. On the next girl, simply ask her out on a date, give compliments like "Oh, you smell really nice" and stuff, but don't mention anything similar to, "I really like you." You gotta date a girl at least a couple of times before you try to throw "like" in there.

You need to talk to her and see what's on her mind. The main good thing is that she is still talking to you somewhat instead of ignoring you completely. She's a girl, she's supposed to play hard to get....just take the initiative.

She's shy. You telling her you liked her made her nervous. Just keep talking to her and things will come naturally. Or how about asking her out on a date?

not to worry you or nathan, but telling a girl right off the bat that you like her is a bad idea. you know girls man they like to be friends first and all that BS, by telling her you like her in her eyes your moving too fast and scaring her basically, which is why she is semi avoiding you. what you need to do is start to act like she isnt in the room give her the cold shoulder still say hi and by but thats it, make her want you man, be the mac and sit back and attract, you know?

I would think she is shy and doesn't know how to take things another step further. It's funny, you told her you like her but did you ask her out or anything? If you didn't, you are also confusing her.

ask her out!

She's very immature and playing that "cat and mouse" game. Do you really want to pursue someone who seems to enjoy being 'hot and cold'? Forget her! It sounds like she could just be a lot of trouble!

if she is shy than she is probably just playing hard to get. smiling is almost always a good thing. just go with it
