If you're talking about per capita income, it's not much. I'm trying to reseach to the Central Bank web site but they are a bit busy right now. Go to this link below and click on the pricing and real income. My guess now would be approximately USD 3,500 a year. But don't let the figure fool you as majority of the Thais live in Agricultural sector where money is not the actual means of determining income as they consume much of their produce without passing the produces through the means of monetary measurement.
On average, a young graduate receive as much as USD 300 a month, comparatively required considering the consumer price index which is much lower than the US and European standard, and certainly much less than that of Japan.
About 3-5 years working experiences, most junior staff receive approx. USD 1,000 monthly. Middle to high management gets around USD 3,000-5,000 average monthly with bonuses.

The wage rates vary depending on the province the job is in and of course the level of the job itself. The current minimum wage rates are listed here: http://www.boi.go.th/english/why/human_resources.asp

In reality those are applicable for only entry-level positions for high-school diplomas or less and don't take into account overtime which, as it starts at 1.5x salary, can bring in a lot more.

As you're asking about ordinary people, I'd estimate a median income level to be approx 15-20k baht/month per household. For those just starting in the workforce and without a secondary education, 4-5k baht/month is about right.
