Basically there's this girl at my work who I want to ask out but I haven't seen her in nearly a month because we both don't work the same shifts very often.
I'm pretty sure she likes me and knows who I am, and she's about the same age as me (18/19), so the question is should I:

A) Wait it out for however long and hope we have overlapping shifts?
B)Try and find out when she's working?

C)Leave a note at work for her asking her out and leaving my number?

I'm kind of stumped as the two last options seem kind of lame and I'm not really patient enough to wait it out.
Any ideas?

1st you never date someone you work with big nono!! 2nd whatever you want you go for! in other words you like her you tell her you like her straight out! Girls like it when a guy knows what they like and want, and if there man enough to get it!

Why not just pop in during her shift? It's not at all odd for you to stop into work when you're off. I've done it many times. And just talk to this girl. Get a feel for her & see if she's interested too. If you feel a connection or if you're feeling brave, just ask her out. Good luck!!

B) Find out her schedule and stop by and ask her out for lunch, cause that's casual enough to get to know each other a little more and once you do, you can ask her out for a real date.
