By forever following the instructions of God especially in this Kali yuga by chanting the Hare Krishna Mahamantra as propagated by Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu.

Kali-santarana Upanisad it is stated:
"The sixteen words—

Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare

—are especially meant for counteracting the contaminations of Kali. To save oneself from the contamination of Kali, there is no alternative but the chanting of these sixteen words."

all experience is of god ,god gives us the means to chose ,the life to follow out our choice , the flesh [body] as well as every thing else we are able to experience god in every moment ,
but also we are able to ignore god
god is light love life ,but by freewill we are able to subsume our good ,our god given life ,to choose the darkness of hell ,gods gifts yet facilitate the means but we subvert of our or others freewill the way ,
love God live good god is with us at all times
we cannot be with out god
ever
we just act as if we can

Believe that Jesus Christ died in your place to pay for your sins which you could not pay for by any human works and believe that he was resurrected to defeat death forever.

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life."

Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."
