i really want to gain weight(thick) to my lower body area. thighs, hips, and booty. how can i get that figure fast, safe and easy.

increase your calories and start training the legs with heavier and heavier weights. as your strength increases you should see some gains in muscle with the right diet. you don't want to gain fat in those areas as the problem will just get worst every year.

Hmmmmpff..i am in the same sort of problem except i want to LOSE weight just on my thighs and booty..but keept the same upper half..perhaps we could switch out lower halves?

i wouldn't gamble w/ the twinkies,and i dont know of any way to actually enlarge just those areas(except genetics and fat injections) however there are exercises that will define those areas, and over time building muscle tissue in the thighs and butt will increase the size of such areas

How you get fat is genetic. Eat like an elephant and see what happens. Maybe you will get a ghetto booty and maybe you will look like Rosie O'Donnell. Are you willing to gamble like that?

eat fried twinkies. IT WORKS! I dont know why, but it does. LOL im not even ******* around with you...I did it and i never gained weight on my upper body. ONLY my booty and hip area. Try it.
