Someone I have met through a friend of mine, who we thought was working towards becoming a citizen of the US, has done just the opposite.
He hasn't done anything for 2 1/2 years except work under the table, lie, be deceitful and dishonest.
I can give anyone a chance and the benefit of the doubt, but 2 1/2 years has been too long. Especially for someone who has turned out to be so underhanded.
Can you give me any information on how to have him deported?
Your help will be much appreciated.

You are talking about someone who has raped a friend of mines daughter. My friend does not want to put her daughter
through anymore. She rather he be deported than put her child through anymore heart ache. You guitarman are the one taking a rush to judgment. How long would you prefer for him to stay in the States and how many more children should be raped? Yours?
HE is every bit of what I said and more, but I didn't want to speak off all this. You tell me, are you going to call your wife a B* because she wants to protect your child? AND don't tell people how to handle their business! I can only imagine how you handle yours.

Report illegal aliens to Immigration and Customs Enforcement at: 866-347-2423. If he has done everything you say he is an aggravated felon and they will be more interested in looking into this case. Collect and provide as much collaborating evidence as you can. Do you have police reports numbers, etc?

The government will do nothing. So heres what I suggest. Get a pick-up truck gassed up and a few buddies. Go grab the guy and take a quick vacation to Mexico. Get about 100 miles inside the border and let him out. Stop at a cantena have a few Coronas and come home.

You should call the INS Department. However, they will probably ignore you. You could also try reporting his 'under the table' employer. It it's a business which is hiring illegals, then you might get some action. Also, the IRS might be interested in unpaid taxes etc. Good luck--we have too many illegals using the US rather than helping it.
