1. What do your mind and heart say? That should be final. If your heart and mind both decides against him them just bluntly say NO to him and no harm in telling your brother and parents, and if decision is in his favor then select him for the life.
2. You are 13. Still a long way to go. A girl should marry at least in the age of 18-20. So tell him to stay away from you as your studies are too important for you at the moment. After 5-7 year if time permits you or he should contact for the life.
3. If he is a ply boy type you should immediately extricate your self from that bad situation. In this if you have to take help from your brother and parents you should not hesitate

O.k. you got kissed by an older guy. Now tell this a** to get lost. Be a man and find a woman his own age and stop messing with minors. This could lead to a jail sentence for him. Trust me ,when your older and maybe have kids of your own you will realize how wrong it is.Best thing to do is avoid this guy at all costs. do not put yourself in a position were you might be alone with him. Even for a short time. If he attempts to do it again Tell him no and then tell your brother or an adult.

that is not a good thing. was it just a small kiss on the cheek? or a kiss on th lips? french kiss!?! tell your bro about it. maybe he can talk to his friend and tell him not to do it again. and also if you don't want to talk to you bro tell you mom or dad. that's no good for a guy that much older to kiss you. you might feel flatered but guys sometimes only want one thing......

First of all you really need to tell your parents and brother he is to old to be kissing you. He needs to find girls his own age. Don't ever keep anything from your parents.It starts with a kiss and then he'll try other things. Please make sure you tell your parents. Concerned

well, do u like him that way? if so, its ur decision but u shood probably find sum1 closa in age. if not, tell him to leave you alone. Wait, was this a full on pash, or a brotherly peck on the cheek? It makes all the difference.
