It's not too long right now, it's just about to my eyebrows. I need it to get as long as it can get within two months. Is there anything I can do to sort of "speed up" the process? I know I can't do anything to get it shoulder-length in two months, but is there anything that can help it grow quicker?

Some companies make vitamins just for hair and nails usually full of B vitamins. You could also get extensions and have instant length.

1. Use a mild shampoo that is recommended for your hair type, such as: oily hair, dry hair, color treated, etc. If you are unsure, seek the advice of a hairdresser

2. suggest using a conditioner after every shampoo

3.Reduce the amount of heat styling you do

4. get regular trims

5.concentrate on a healthy lifestyle. Make sure you are getting the essential nutrients required by your body and promote good circulation with regular exercise and scalp massage
