Yes, it worked for me. I lost 50 pounds in a little over three months. I had two slim-fast shakes a day - one for breakfast and one for lunch, and then had a nice dinner (chicken or fish and veggies). I also worked out several hours a day - sometimes just a nice hour-long walk, but also more strenuous aerobic-type workouts. I found that the drinks kept my appetite at bay and gave me the energy I needed to get on with my day. Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day, and snack on an apple or banana or whatever fruit you like. However, no diet-program can work without some type of exercise, so unless you are willing to do that - no diet will help. Best of luck to you. Take care.

i know my sister lost 28 pounds in two months with out any help from any kind of diet program or pill or shakes etc. she just simply changed the way she ate and what she ate and the amounts. she buys only fresh veggies instead of canned or frozen, she started buying the low fat/calorie versions of what she was already eating. she did cut certain things out of her diet. basically she just started eating healthier. she also started walking almost daily. she said she felt as though she wasn't even attempting to lose weight and yet the weight came right off. she also went from eating one or two meals a day to eating three meals a day. she has now lost about 35 pounds and even her once 'skinny jeans' are lose. she's still a lil plump but looks MUCH better and feels much better. she has a larger frame anyway so she's never going to be tiny but she definitely needed to lose weight not just for looks but for her health and self esteem.

They flavor solid, chocolate is the suitable. You drink a shake for breakfast and a shake for lunch and consume a small nutrition plan. Summed up, you starve all day, drop pounds, then benefit it back plus some given which you probably did no longer study the thank you to consume real first of all. do no longer hassle.

Well, if you want to lose weight, forgive me for answering. The Atkins diet works. You'll lose twenty pounds in no time. Just don't stay on it too long. Lose your twenty and cash in your chips. I've heard it's not healthy, but it's easy. Dr. Atkins lived to a ripe old age. Don't know exactly unless I search. Good luck.

Slim Fast is not a healthy way to lose weight as it does not promote fat loss. the manufacturer doesn't even claim that it is efficient at reducing body fat only body "weight".
if it's not body fat, that leaves water and muscle. there are far better ways to be healthy and decrease weight/fat than to drink sugar water manufactured by Slim Fast.

I have used them and lost 15kg however after 2 months I got really bored of only eating them and started back to same old bad habits. If you can stick with it and change your lifestyle then they can work.
Goodluck

I HAVE TRIED SLIM FAST AND IT JUST SLOWS YOUR APETITE DOWN... THE DRINKS ARE NOT THAT GREAT EITHER! BUT WHEN THEY ARE VERY COLD THE ARE OKAY TO HANDLE GETTING THEM DOWN... I MEAN THEY AINT TOO BAD BUT NOT THAT GREAT... ANYHOW YOU DO SEE A DIFFERENCE BUT NOT A FAST ONE... YOU END UP LOOSING WIEGHT BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT EATING AS MUCH.. MAYBE 2-3 POUNDS A MONTH

Nope my friend tried it
you should try the backwards diet....dinner during breakfast and breakfast during dinner....so you have all day to burn it off
you don't have to starve yourself...you just have to be willing to burn it off afterwards

They don't actively do anything. They are just meal replacements. If you end up eating more calories than your body burns than they won't "work".
