First thing first. You must believe that you have the power. Get rid of the feeling that you can't do anything with your current mental ability. Once you've mastered your attitude toward your brain ability, then it is just a matter of finding best method which suit your need in improving your memory power.

Read books on memory power improvement programs or methodology. I read Tony Buzan's books, Harry Lorraine, and listen to the course produced by LearningStrategies. I also use the internet to find resources on memory enhancement.

Eat lots of lotus stem, ladyfinger, amla, french beans, palak, methi well cooked, consume as little potatoes as possible, drink tea made from the lotus flower without the calyx. Eat a pinch of vasaka mixed with milk. Also drink atleast 4 litres of water a day and do pranayam for one hour daily in the morning. You should certainly improve your memory power in two to three months.

well,memory cannot be improved by tablets or anybody else.it can be done only by U!have will power.think positive.do meditation for about 10 mins in d morning.it refreshes u.take fresh fruits and vegetables which will help u increase in the concentration power and grasping capacity.never underestimate urself.and wht ever u study,do it by understanding it.

I had the same problem for years. Now I take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 3-4 x day. ACV has 93 viitamins and minerals. It cures acne.aids digestion, cures depression. Hair and nails will grow long too. It has certainly gotten rid of my anger prboblem. I hope you "remember" to read your messages...lol

Her's a game i played with a friend.

We'd sit on the porch, and when a car went by, we'd ask each other, "tell me all you can about that car!"

It forced us to pay attention to details.

If a neighbor left the house and got into a car. We'd ask, "what is he wearing."

look at the telephone wire. "OK. how many birds sitting on it.?"
You'd pay atttention to things you ordinarily didn't bother with. Try it.

Today before going to bed think about everything u did yesterday every bit detail. Do it every day. this will sharpen ur memory and exercise too.

u can try playing more nos games they actually help a lot, also the memory books available outside in the markets are quite helpful.

try solving some puzzles-like crosswords or something of that sort.this will help u a lot.do 1 daily that will help u
