Why don't you just trust Mother Nature and leave your hair color the way you were born with? Blue eyes and golden blond hair sounds very striking and handsome. Be an individual and don't follow "the crowd" and look like everyone else. Stand out from the crowd and be proud of what God blessed you with. Another reason not to dye your hair is that once you do, it'll require repeated coloring every time your roots start to show ... the cost and maintenance time could be spent more wisely on enjoying life !!

Both colors are hard to pull off. Very harsh to skin tones. So if you can do either that's cool. I have had every color imaginable. I say do both, start with the blond though. Getting black color out of the hair is a long and sometimes damaging trip depending on how light you want to go. My hair is naturally light brown and I have green/blue eyes.
When I had black hair it made my eyes stand out. I also needed to color my eyebrows (DON"T GET COLOR IN EYES) for the last few minutes of processing time. Eyebrows frame the face so if they are light and hair is dark it looks funny. When the black grew out some people commented that my hair looked like it was thinning because of the lightness of my outgrowth at the scalp was mistaken FOR my scalp.
White blond is a hard color to achieve without it looking yellow so you may need professional help. Your hair being light it will be a bit easier though. This process requires the strongest lightener (bleach) on your scalp followed by a toner. If you have a sensitive scalp you might not like this kind of color. also don't wash your hair the day of going lighter as it will open up the pores on your scalp and the color will itch and burn.
So if your hair is light I say go for it, not everyone can do it because their hair is too dark. If you don't like the blond it is very easy to go to black.

Definitely don't go black -- the dramatic change will be enough for you to hate it alone! If you want a change, I would suggest something more natural -- perhaps some really light blond or platinum streaks or highlights. They will give you the edge that I think that you are looking for, but will keep with your natural coloring. Hope this helps!

Your natural haircolor is always best. For people with blonde hair, dark hair looks unnatural. If you get it dyed slightly lighter or darker than your hair however, it will look better. If you dye it, make sure you dye your eyebrows also.

natural is always the best, it is the one which people will envy , don;t get jet black hair, it always looks fake the same as bleaching would.

don;t worry about other people, you are the only person who is important and natural is the way you are
