meal #1 - instant oatmeal/eggs
snack #1 - berries
meal #2 - turkey & whole grain bread, small salad/olive oil
snack #2 - yogurt or cheese/nuts
meal #3 turkey, lean meats, legumes, veggies, olive oil
snack #3 - whey protein/natty pb

I must say that all of them are very good and healthy choices.

From my own experience I will tell you that making a plan is not very good because usually at that time of the food you want to eat something else, you are just craving for something else, so the best way is to divide your list into 2 groups - main meal and snacks, and then just grab one of them you like at that moment.

Believe me that if you make a meal plan for the whole week, you will definitely change it by your own mood at that time.

But remember to eat only one of the foods from your list and in a time period of every 2-3 hours

Could provide you with a plethora of ideas, but need some more information.Menu planning in the space answers provides would be tough as well.Keep the ten points but if you really want a menu planned get in contact me.Start with different dressings for greens.Raspberry Vinaigrette,peanut butter is a great base as well,Peanut sauce would go well with several of those items.Toad in a hole is a breakfast idea.Stir Fry's,Turkey meatloaf for comfort food.Really if you want idea's I need more info.Good luck.

if youre too lazy to make the damn meal plan, then you're too lazy to get on a diet! You will FAIL, I just have a feeling... get some motivation for gods sakes!
