im a single mum i want to move out of the country but i dont know if i can do that with out her dads permission

It depends on what country you are in. Legally in Canada and the US, if you are the sole supporter of the child and he DOES NOT have any legally given visiting rights, child support payments or even better, his name on her birth certificate then you can leave without his permission. If he has given you a dollar towards the child than you are in a tight spot. If you need his permission, you must get it in writing, specifing his relinquishing of rights to the child or his permission to leave the country with the child. Good luck

By law you can not take a child out of the country without the dad's permission. Please dont get yourself into trouble...it would be considered kidnapping

No. You will need to go to court and do it the right way. And if the dad objects, you can't. Take care.
