Full English is my favourite but I don't have it that often
I love breakfast and never go without it.
If it's an early start, I would go for toast and jam.

Grilled lean bacon and tomatoes, scrambled egg, and a few mushrooms fried in a touch of olive oil - more nutritious and fewer calories than toast and jam, but you could have a slice of toast and jam as well and then go for a brisk walk to compensate!
