Review Army Regulation 600-9 for the applicable standards. Your max weight depends on your age, but at 67 inches, here's the break down:
AGE 17 - 20 165lbs 20%
AGE 21 - 27 169lbs 22%
AGE 28 - 39 174lbs 24%
If you don't make weight, they will measure your body fat. Max are the percentages above.
For some background, I'm in the Navy, 6'2". I'm supposed to weigh the max of 206lbs, but I'm unfortunately large framed, so I'm always measured for weight purposes. I always wind up with 6-8% body fat, so if you're fit you can usually pass these exams.

You're out of the weight range (I'm 5'10" and my max weight is 185) but you can still meet the body fat content standards. If you're under 21, you have to have less than 20% body fat. If you're between 21 and an age of whuch I am unsure (because I haven't hit it yet), the max is 22%. Older than that is 24%. A recruiter can tape you if need be. I've never weighed less than my max weight.
