I have no problem with my weight, I am rather skinny. Used to play basketball, but have not practiced any sport for a while. Still have my gym membership :) . What machine should I use and what practice routine should I follow (what level / how long / what increments / how many times a week / etc). My goal is to be able to run with no problems for 40 minutes in my soccer league. I appreciate your help.

in order to be efficient at running you have to run. there is no exercise that duplicates the running movement.

Run more suitable usually. you want to run 5 cases a week in case you want to really boost a health aspect. do a touch short durations, like 400's, to get some % for the perfect Kilometer. do a touch fatigue trainging to boot. Fatigue rtaining is the position you flow for a 50-60 minute sluggish run, and then run an period exercising consultation. such issues as 1000's and 1200's. this may help boost the flexibility to run confusing once you're drained. ensure you hydrate properly too.

the only thing you need is a pair of running shoes, if you are going to run then running is all you need to do, start out at a slow jog and see how long you can keep going, if its comfortable for 20 min or ten min, do that ammount for a week then add five min to your work out each week, as you get more stamina you can add five min twice a week . shouldnt take too long to get up to 40 min, once you get 40 min in a jog then start timing yourself and trying to make the distance you cover a little more each time for your 40 min. good luck.
