I just started a low-carb diet. How many grams of carbs should I eat? I'm not following a particular program like Atkins or South Beach, but I'd like to know the maximum grams popular programs like that allow.

30 grams / day for the 1st 2 weeks, then increase them slowly to max 60 grams per day... Good Luck...
