This is my first time using Photoshop and I tweaked with a picture but since I'm used to Paint I want to open it up in Paint so I can add more blank space to the top and increase the size. I'm seriously Photoshop-stupid.

Better question, why the heck would you want to? And I'm asking this seriously.

Okay, hit Ctrl + Alt + I to bring up the Image Size dialog. Now, click the bottom arrow on that (that will add space to the top) and enter how much height you want to add. Trust me, learn to use Photoshop, and never use Paint again. :D

IM or Email me if you need some more help with it, I've been using it for years.

Save your pic file in Photoshop as bmp.file
Then you can open it in MSpaint.
