If you are asking the question then apparently you have a conscious and you are afraid of breaking the law and you will not do it.
But on the other hand if you don't have a conscious then you are simple looking for someone to tell you that it isn't illegal and when you get caught you will then in turn blame others for your lack of character and will say well someone on yahoo answers said it was.
I am sure you are intelligent and your parents raised you with morals, you need to make that choice on your own and live with the consequences if you make the wrong one.
Good luck it is never easy to make the right choice but easier to deal with when you do.

Hey It depends on where you are located and if you both consent. Then their isnt much anyone can do to you. In Canada at this point consentual sex is at the age of 14. The goverment is trying to change that to 16 so as long as you both agree then its not illegal.

depends on what state you live in. and if it is illegal, you might want to think about stopping because i know a guy right now that is sitting in prison for having sex with an underaged girl. a few years in prison and a lifetime on the registered sex offenders list hardly seems worth it.

16 is the legal age of consensual sex. at least in most states... the age difference is very close to being a problem, but if no one makes a big deal of it, you are gonna be ok..i think only her parents can make a problem.. AND you definitely dont wanna go to jail, you better believe when you get out, you will definitely be more feminine than when you went in... prisoners love cherry boys.

yes, yes and hell yes its illegal. its considered statory rape even if she is consenting cuz shes still in the eyes of the law a minor. just be sure to wear a rubber cuz the last thing either of you need is a child at that age in your lifes.

Where do you live? Different states have different laws, but I know where I live, that is illegal.

Yes it is. She's underage. It really depends on whether her parents want her to be sexual at this time. They could charge you with statutory rape. If they know she's sexually active, and feel it's alright as long she uses protection, then you should be alright. Better get good with her parents. Good luck!

So what's the point of asking the question?

Be careful of your actions... Be responsible... Have fun...
Or just abstain....

By the way.... Does she want to have sex?
