just what can i do, i am always bored. someone told me to go for a run but that only keeps me not bored for a little while. what else can i do?

Develop hobbies. What are you interested in doing? Assess your interests first and your strong areas. Then concentrate on finding things to do in those areas. For example, if you find that you enjoy doing things with your hands and you are good with details, you could design and build projects to upgrade the appearance of your home, even if its your parents home. If you enjoy less physical hobbies like stamp collecting or coin collecting, you could join numismatic or philatelic associations and learn more about those from individuals with more experience than yourself. Also, it's a great way to make friends and it will certainly alleviate boredom, especially when you learn that coin collecting (numismatics) and stamp collecting (philately) can be quite lucrative.
Also, there's dancing, learning how to play musical instruments, learning new languages, arts and crafts, speech and debate clubs like Toastmasters, literary circles and book clubs, genealogy research, body building and literally millions of other things you could learn to do and enjoy if you put your mind and effort behind them.

umm... eat, thats what i do!! then loose the weight you gain.....sry, i get sooo bored sometimes. how bout goin out for a movie or work, find a hobbie like drawing maybe. or make prank calls! j/p, my mama told me to say that.
