Not really, if he was in a picture while fishing, then he was explaining how many fish he cought and gutted, but other than that . . . no. Hope this helps!

I could not find a link when searching in google for it, I think it is just a cute phrase for whatever the picture might have been of. Sorry if this isnt more helpful

"They're all mine" means "They belong only to me" or "They all belong to me", but when you add the word "gutted", it makes no sense at all. Well, the gutted fish theory would work, but that's about it! :)

Could it be that the last word is not "gutted" but something else? Is the handwriting bad?

And your friend's English isn't very good either, because that phrase makes no sense to me. I never heard of that phrase in my life.
