Yes, they will definitely report you to the Credit Bureau. If there was an error and you were not obligated to pay that amount then you will be able to get that corrected.

Indeed they will report your payment histroy to the credit bureaus. If you are having financial difficulties, call up the companies and explain your situation, as they will work with you. The last thing any Credit Card company wants is that they have to charge-offe the balance as Bed Debt. Rather, they will work with you to see what the scenarios are.

In terms of somethign already appears on credit report, write into the credit bureaus explaining the situation/circumstances and see what they come back with.

doesn't matter, you're were advised of it in their cardmember agreement even though majority of people don't read it, you are still considered informed since they sent it to you. Your grace period is 20-25 days which is from the day the statement is mailed out to the day the payment is due anything beyond that is considered late. It is considered 30days late if your next statement mails out and your payment has not yet been received and that cannot be changed because they would have to change the date in which they recieved the payment from you. No they do not go by a postmark date it goes by the date the payment is physically received.

no not right away they start to slap on interest payments and depending on how regular you have been they will give you more time, eventually they will cut a deal with and determine your minimum payment so it i a good idea to make some payment or better still you can easily click an option called 'pay later' or 'extedn this loan' on any particular big ticket item i forget what it says exactly only afte which it will go to ccb

Make them communicate with you in writing. Don't speak to them on the phone. Use email, etc. They are evil incarnate. Lodge a complaint with your states attorney generals office.
