If this has been going on for some time if could be Bipolar Disorder. I would get serious mood swings getting really angry and frustrated over small things, then I would feel elated later. I felt like I could fly almost. The anger was triggered by nothing sometimes.

What causes it? It's an imbalance of hormones in the brain. Seratonin levels need to be regulated. Fortunately there are many medications that you can take to control it and keep one's moods in check.

Good luck

You may have problems coping with feeling of anger. Try relaxation or anger management techniques. Reduce stress. Try not to react but to think that there may be another way of looking at things.
