driving I punch things because I get so angry How do I learn to control my anger, its like I am a different person, at that time whats happening to me, then I really think about what I did and I am like omgg I could have hurt myself or someone eles How can I control myself its awful lately? Why is causing all this anger I dont even know why Im like a different person?

You've taken the first important step--maybe two--you realize you're doing it and you know it's a bad thing. You're asking two important questions: how to control it and what could be causing it. If you cannot slow yourself down, think before you act, prevent yourself from doing dangerous things, then you need help. Ask your doctor to refer you to a mental health professional. You're on the right track.

wow you seriously have anger management issues.. but hey, look on the bright side, everyONE has it everyNow and then....

including me.

just take a break, relax, and start breathing more. tell yourself that "i can't lose my cool like this, because not only it will make me look bad BUT also it DOESN"T help at ALL."

and don't stress too much about this, it's actually normal in certain aspects. there's no true effective method to control it, except for TRIAL & ERROR. learn from your mistakes and try not to repeat them.

and the cause for this anger? answer: it's your boyfriend and your hot temper. maybe you should have an indebt conversation with him about your relationship (only do this when you both have cooled down and ready to talk NOT YELL.) i see this as a communication problem. remember to talk to him and realize that your goal is: to settle the argument, get what you want out of the conversation, realizing your boyfriend's point of view, and remember that a compromise IS BETTER THAN NOTHING.

and besides, you don't want to ruin your relationship do you? you need to realize that this hot temper is really ruining your relationship with guy. I know this from experience because i'm a psycho myself =)

you might want to try anger management or even some behavior modification classes. If you want to get an idea of why you are so angry then I would suggest therapy along with the other ideas.

if your at home and get angry i recomend taking a cold shower, and relax. if your not at home, i recomend thinking of yourself in a nice place and take deep breaths, take a deep breath in through your nose like if your smelling flowers, and breath out through your mouth like if your blowing out candles. good luck! i was once an angry person but i seeked help, you should do the same if your anger gets out of control, i will pray for you.

Anger Management. If you don't seek it yourself, a court of law will seek it for you.

Psychiatric help. Run, don't walk!
