Tactless is when you say or do something without care for anyone else's feelings. Like me, I'm a very tactless person lol, but I don't mean to be.

According to my Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary,
it means "not careful about saying or doing something that could upset someone".

In my opinion, having a lack of tact basically means that you say or do inappropriate things according to the standard that your society has set as to how people in general should behave.
tact-less: lacking tact; showing no tact; undiplomatic; offendingly blunt: a tactless remark.
