in dave pelzer book what happened to russell?? i mean he goes to his old school and he sees russell in tattered clothes and bruises on his body i was wondering if he was able to escape "the mother" and go into foster care or does he just stay in that house and take on the task of geeting beaten by his mom (since his brother was able to leave she had to take her aggressions out on another poor kid)

From what I recall in the book Russell stayed and did not escape the aggression of the mother. In those days it was much more difficult to remove children from the home for abuse. Pelzer never really said how his brother did or ended up. At the end of the book there is a way to contact him. Maybe you could email him and ask him? Or perhaps his brother wishes for his story to be kept private?

properly, there have been 5 boys in that family individuals and Richard become the fourth born so i'm fantastically certain meaning he's Russell, yet i'm no longer certain. in case you submit to in ideas which pseudonym become fourth, then now you understand!
