Would this be a romantic way to ask the girl out???
Walk up behind her, lean close to her ear and ask her if she wants to date, then kiss her check before she answers???

That is romantic, hand her a rose to (single one). Then it'd be awesome! Definitely one she'll remember and talk about.
It's a little intense though so I hope you're more sure than not that she likes you too.

That is so SWEET! I love the idea of whispering it to her,but instead of giving her a kiss on the cheek, wait utill she answers then give her her favorite flower, if you don't know her favorite, you can never go wrong with a rose! Just save the kiss for after the date, when it is only you and her, it will be more special and there will be no distractions, even if you just kiss her on the cheek, it can be as sweet and romantic as a kiss on the lips. Don't feel pressured if your not comfortable with it, just a suggestion... Good luck!

No, that's a little too forward. Why not have a conversation with her, and during it ask her if she would like to go out with you (set a date and place if you can).
"Romantic ways" of asking a girl out usually look cheesy, so save yourself the effort.
