It really depends on what kind of test they use. The most common is the pee test... because it is much cheaper than the blood or hair follicle test.
I don't know about the pills, but drinking water does help. I don't mean a glass or two... I mean drinking as much as you can. Almost to the point where you are peeing and drinking at the same time.
If it's a pee test, Cocaine and speed will not register for more than five days... usually less if you drink more water. Pot will register for up to 30 days... again much less if you drink A LOT of water.
If it's a hair follicle test, you are kinda screwed. The water won't help you much. This test can register usage for months after you have used it. But most places don't use that test because it's a much more costly test.

T D has the best and easiest answer: No. Your hair, as stated by another poster, will hold the drug for a long time.
As for drowning your system with water, please be very careful! I am not a doctor or health care professional, but I do have common sense. I remember the woman who died from water toxicity, by drinking more water than her body could handle, trying to win a Wii from a California radio station. Try finding a way to do without the drugs in your life, so that you don't find yourself facing death. Then you won't have to worry about passing a drug screen.

Nope, its in your blood. Until it passes, you're screwed. Some advice...Stop doing coke and you don't have to worry about it. Even if it does work, they can tell when they test if you're urine is too diluted that you took something for some reason...
