How would a person get hair like this person here http://www.jxp.ca/media/nouvelles/11870/joanna2.jpg . how long should your hair be and how should it be cut? also, how do you style it that way so its so fluffy and so that is sticks out? thanks.

it would probably have to be razored cut.you would also probably have to have straight hair or if not,buy a really good flat iron.it is an awesome hair cut.

First that's graphic art and not a real live subject. But they do have colors to make the hair that color . They use lots of hair gel to get it to stay that way and spray . The hair doesn't have to be that long to the shoulders is good and then it would have to be layered .

tht is the ugliest hair style......it should be layers...and u get a special hair creme so it can be fluffy and stick out....u can get it from cvs...walmart...walgreens....anywhere....but plz dont do it

cut it sholder length
and layer from there
bangs r layered to thats all
