press the tip of ur finger to the mirror...
if there's a small gap between ur finger n the reflection, it's a real mirror...
but if your finger n the reflection is very close to each other, it's 2-sided..

If you mean a two-way mirror where people can look at you from one side, the easiest way to tell is that the reflective surface of a two-way mirror is on the outside of the glass, whereas with a regular mirror it is behind the glass.

Easy. Turn off all the lights in the room. Hold a flashlight on the "mirror". If it's a one way mirror, then the light from the flashlight will illuminate what's on the other side and you'll be able to see it.

i think if the room is in low lighting you can see through one if you put your face up real close.
