Where can I get a wedding dress made?

I live in a small town and am planning a low budget wedding. It will be a more casual type of wedding and I don't want a huge froo-froo dress. Actually, I have found my perfect dress, Audrey Hepburn's wedding dress in "Funny Face." Where can I find someone to make a replica or at least a 1950's style dress for not too much?

Look in the yellowpages for a seamstress.

Your bridal shop can order one like it or point to someone who can make it. It will NOT be low budget, however.
