It's hard to say. Maybe he's still into you but he's afraid because of the first rejection or he could be over you. I'd say you guys should hang out in a group thing like a movie night or something where it gets dark and quiet so you two can talk and sort of feel him out and see what vibes you get from him. You might've messed up, but you might've saved yourself.
