you do have the good dreams, but you remember the scary ones.
try keeping a dream journal. write down all the dreams you can remember, even the ones that seem boring.
pretty soon you will start to see that your dreams have a balance...and you will start remembering the good ones more frequently.
have a nice day.

Change how you think in the day. Dreams tell us things. Not always.
I dont know anyone who deliberately authors their own dream.
Obviously you have a personality trait (or habit) that works against you. Your conscious and subconscious dont agree.
Look online for dream definitions.
Also, find out what Freud says about a child going through that age. Since you had a (MEMORABLE) dream early on you may want to decide if what he has to say applies to you. Then you can work it out or come to an agreement within yourself.

the things that you think about most before you go to bed usually affect your dreams in some way...that's how it is with me...
like sometimes I fantasize being with some really hot guy and then I have a dream that way...
but some people are different...it may not work for you, but you could always try it...that never hurts... =)

Maybe you should think about what you're really running from. Somethin thats been troubling you for a long time, things like that can affect your dreams. I think once you resolve all of your issues, your dreams will get better

You need to think good thoughts before going to sleep at night. Your unconscious mind is on automatic pilot, or so to speak , you need to talk and be very happy and in control of what your are thinking . Keep you mind on positive thoughts. Then in your dreams you will be in control. Don't watch scary movies or movies that might change you way of thinking. Read the book of "BEYOND POSITIVE THINKING" . Good luck in your dreams1

hey. there is a girl in my school who always has horror dreams too. some people just have that , i think i might know a way to help you though. everytime i want to dream about something, lets say a certain boy at school, i think about them right before i try to go to sleep. just start to think abut the dream you want to have, and it will usally happen. in your case, i would try to dream of somebody famous thats wearing something really colorful for instance, brad pitt ith a purple suit on ( whatever you want idk lol.) good luck, i hope this method works as well for you as it does for me!

We all have scary dreams sometimes, unfortunately we cannot control them or dream about what we want to.
