Proper sleep. Good diet. Good skin care. (Good facial soap and moisturizer).
PAT your face dry. You will tell the difference if you rub your face dry or pat it dry.
The rest is genetics.
If it doesnt get better check out under eye make-up, I'd suggest from Perscriptives. I have them naturally and use it to lighten my under eye circles and it blends well.

Drink loads of water- about 2 litres a day (this is about a big diet coke bottle sized) it has to be water as dark patches under your eyes are often (if not genetic) a sign that your livers over worked.

Your liver is what gets rid of and holds on to all the toxins in your food (additives, preservatives..etc chemicals, alcohol fags....) and the more of these you consume, the more your liver gets overloaded and tierd, it gets stresses and your eyes get bags and dark patches. Fizzy drinks, fast food, sweeteners, alcohol, smoking, drugs, they all add stress. Stop or at the very least, calm down these and in about 2 weeks it should get better.

Other suggestions are-

that it could be an iron deficiency- check this out by getting a blood test done,

It could be a part of who you are and if it runs in the family there is not an awful lot you can do,

or it could be due to lack of sleep (again this would put your liver under stress and your body likes to clean itself of toxins while you rest- hence you needing to pee as soon as you get out of bed- thats your liver getting rid of all the toxins you consumed.

Good makeup tips are loriels new liquid foundations, - after cleaning and moisturising, pt this on all over your face to even it out, if you still are aware of there being too big a dark patch, dab on a little conceler- no.7 is good, bidyshop is good, rimmel is good, then go for a smoky eyed look- I am not joking- I do this when I have big bags! you need greys and silvery eye shadow, thick black eyeliner and lashings of black mascara!

I just picked up a really great concealer today. It's Neutrogena Skin-Clearing Oil-Free concealer. It's fairly cheap, but very good. It has salicylic acid in it so it's good for keep yours skin clearn and won't get cakey.

Ya that's about all you can do is just get some good make up to cover it up.
