All jokes aside...i cant stand my legs. I think they r so chubby, so ive been doin exercises to get them in shape. Well...tha exercise is jus creatin more muscle in my legs and i dont want that. I want to lose muscle mass and fat in my legs.

Can anyone help me??!

you can't spot reduce fat through diet or exercise. genetics determines where fat will be burned from first and last the types of exercise that are performed have no effect on this.

you need to reduce your current level of body fat to see the results on your legs that you are looking for. the sooner you clean up your diet, count calories, etc. the sooner the results will come. exercise only provides stimulation to the muscles , the diet determines how big or small a muscle will be.
