Thank you

Yes I have

It could make things confusing if you are not aware of your true nature and the kind of partner you need in your life..

Ask yourself... do you like to be a leader... sort of in control of things? Or are you the passive, submissive, willing to please type?

If you are more of the leader type then you would want to be the one who makes the first move.

If you notice the other person is also that way you may be in for a power struggle sort of relationship.

On the other hand if you are both the passive type you will never be able to get anywhere because you'll be waiting for the other to make a move.

If you know you are the passive type but you make the first move, this could really mess things up because the other person may try to please you by letting you always make the first move and you wind up resentful for having to make all decisions in your relationship when it is not in your nature to be that way.

Look for someone your opposite and you will never be confused as to who should make the first move.

In my opinion I think it is very important to learn your true nature as soon as possible. It will save you a lot of heartache in the long run.

Yes, I think you're right. Especially if the pattern continues and you are always the person who is arranging to see them or calling them. I'm not sure how you changed a dynamic like that once it's in place. Maybe after the first date you have to wait for them to ask for the second date...
