Just run the orange under warm water and use a little soap, it's going to be peeled anywa... Oh, belly button? I like to go at it with my pinkie first, to get the big chunks. Then smell your finger. This should be able to tell you how long it's been since the last time you cleaned it. The imitation (Canadian- 300 for $1 at Dollar General ) Q-tip is next. Make sure you rotate it or you'll push a lot of gunk to the inaccessible recesses. Then rinse the rest of it out in the shower. Repeat twice a year. Or once.

* While in the shower soap it well then use your finger in a wash cloth and clean it out.
Or use a q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol and wipe clean.
