You have to apply to the nearest U.S. Consulate or Embassy for a visitor's visa. A B-2 visa is good for up to a six month visit.

i can but it will cost you 150000 american dollars to get you here. and you have to weigh less than 150 lbs, to be able to fit on my inner tube.
