put a sweat suit on that you can find at any sports store..it almost looks like a trash bag.. then layer up with sweat pants and sweat shirts and hit the treadmill or go running..they used that technique when i played pop warner football to get the kids to qualify at weigh ins...i hope this helps

I'm not to sure..I would think by layering clothes on while exercising would make you sweat alot.
Do lunges, squats..lay on side and do leg lifts for your hips and thighs,
kneel on all fours (hands and knees) bring left leg up toward chest , curling head down, then while lifting head straight again , stretch leg back behind you, then to starting position..repeat with other leg. x 12 for your butt* also, when you can, as many times as you can for as long as you can, squeeze your inner thighs and butt inwards, hold then repeat *

sweating is not an indicator of an elevated metabolic rate.
genetics, hydration levels, ambient room temperature, relative humidity, etc. are all variables.
