Ladies (preferably Christians) I am 31 and cannot stop mast****ting. you know what I'm talking about but for some reason, yahoo wont let me post it. It has been a problem since I was a young girl. Yes I had things happen and I did get help but still have problems. I did it when I was married too. Can you stop? How???

I know this is gonna be everyones answer..you just have to pray...pray that God will give you stength...I had lots of trouble with something simular to this..I was sexually abused as a child and didnt really understand why it was wrong for men to treat me in this way...but since I let Jesus in my heart things have went alot smoother.....sometimes I think of it like this...people that have died and went on to Heaven can see me my gosh what are they gonna think...I know it is a little twisted but hey it might just work for you...but not only remember that God can see you and just because you do have a problem with this dont think that God wont forgive you!!!!!!

Only you can stop. Actually... only you and your partner can solve this.
Try being less shy and talk about sex with the one you love. Perhaps you can reach an orgasm.... or two.
