i have been talking to this guy over the computer and on the phone and he told me that he is interested in me......but the thing is that sometimes when he tells me to call him (which i only call like 1 or 2 times if he doesn't answer) and he doesn't answer........also we have talked on the phone before and for a long time.......so is he still interested in me or should i jus move on??

I'm guessing he is still interested but maybe just busy, depending on what you talked about I'm sure hes interested because he would have to be, normally guys don't talk on the phone for long, unless they are interested in the girl.

he could be still interested in you but is probably either too busy or is away on a trip or something like that to answer the phone or could he could be ignoring you because he has lost his interest in you. i recommend calling him from a pay phone or something because he wouldn't know its you and then you could ask him if hes still interested.

He likes you! Maybe he's just not home when you call him. Maybe you should try to call his cell phone (if he has one) or he might just be missing your calls because he wants you to chase him and know that you like him.

find a guy that is around you...online dating is creepy..idk...he might just be talking to you for other reasons...just to have someone to talk to..idk...just ask him if he wants to meet you sometime..and if he says yes..you can see if he really likes you...i would probably not meet him if i was you..but its a good question to figure out if he likes you or not
