Well osama is not dead and judging from how much it just cost me to fill my car with gas we don't have the oil either. But we do have a bunch of dead solders and the rest of the world hates us more than ever. Guess in the mindfs of our psycotic government that is an accomplishment.

We were invaders, not liberators.
They are not insurgents, but patriots.
They are not suicide bombers, but martyers.
Billions of dollars are being spent for corporate interests which could be spent on our homeless, on New Orleans, on hurricane victims, etc. Thousands of good young men are lost to our country and economy for a people who do not want or understand a democratic nation. This war is one of the greatest tragedies in our nations history and is being run by a man who is so incompetent. God help the world.

Somebody got really rich because out of the billions of dollars that went into, there are I think 16 billion that isn't accounted for and nobody knows where the money went. This war is at least partially about money.

It wasn't oil and we are still waiting on Bin Laden. That's the war in Afghanistan...

Saddam Husein and a bigger debt. Of course, averting World War III was a nice perk, too.

We are trying to help the region gain some stability. If Iraq stabilizes we will be on both side of Iran. Then we will exert pressure on the Iranians to be good neighbors.

OSB is not in Iraq

Oil is, and since Afghanistan is on the other side of Iran....it is only logical to use propaganda to overthrow the Iranian Government for the sole purpose of building a pipeline across those 3 nations. Ask Hamid Karzai (sp?)

America got jack ****, except for a whole new group of people that hate us, several thousand dead soldiers, an exhausted, overstretched military, and a very low world opinion of its government and to some extent, its people.

Halliburton on the other hand, got a massive rise in the value of their stocks not to mention a massive ton of reconstruction contracts.

Neither - and a whole bunch of dead soliders, a LOT more dead Iraqis, not to mention loosing trillions of dollars, just to let them relect the same gov't that got them to such a horrible place to being with. You just can't help some people.
