how much should or increase my schedule? i hear people say 500 calories burned a day to lose weight but i only do around 150-200.

Two miles of bike riding a day really isn't much, I'd guess it doesn't take you long to do it. I would up your biking to 30 minutes a day, remember muscle weighs more than fat, so weight loss may take some time to notice on the scale. You may not have lost weight in your waist or in a spot where your thinking you should. Your weight will shift and move, muscle will build in one spot and fat will burn in another spot, not always will you notice a change. Keep up with what your doing, maybe push yourself on the bike. I went through a time where I went to the gym with my book and sat on that bike for about an hour and I would do 20 miles a day, in an hour just reading a book.

First look at how many calories you are consuming. It may be that you are gaining muscle. Figure out how many calories you should be consuming, and find out what you are consuming now. Once you do that, then you can figure out how much you should work out. Even if you exercise, you could still be consuming too many calories to lose weight. That may be the reason you have not seen any results. Look at your diet. Are you consuming too many empty calories (pop, alcohol, chips, etc.)? Try ridding your diet of those. Try consuming only foods that are nutrient dense. Juice, pop, alcohol, are only empty calories. Replace the pop and alcohol with water, and the juice with fruit. Try eating lots of vegetables. Adding a salad at two of your meals can help a lot.
Check with your doctor. Your doctor should be having you on some type of exercise program to help you so you don't hurt yourself. People on here will give you a lot of crappy information, but only your doctor can prescribe a program to help you. Go to your doctor. Don't seek advice here.
