Considering the fact that the U.S. Army has a recruit sign up center in every small town/city from the East Coast to the West Coast, I would definitely put my money on THE U.S. ARMY.

The Army is easier for a number of reasons. For one, they are larger and therefore have more recruits which increases your chances of getting in. The Air Force has generally higher requirements on the ASVAB due to it having more technical jobs. There are more reasons, but basically the Army is easier to get into thatn the Air Force.

i might propose the Air rigidity over the army KT. I say that because of fact I actual have served and deployed with the two. The Air rigidity has a tendency to handle its people slightly extra advantageous and because their project isn't so heavily try against appropriate you do not have as lots danger of being deployed to a try against section or in touch right away with try against operations. living situations are rather austere in those environments additionally so in case you do unlike airborne dirt and dirt below your fingernails the army isn't a sturdy determination. the army's approach of handling its people is a lot tougher mentally and bodily because of this as nicely and that they have an inclination to not choose to maintain people in as great of numbers. So whilst you're pondering an prolonged term occupation and eventual retirement i might additionally decide on the Air rigidity over the army. on an analogous time as curiously like i'm anti military here have faith me, i'm not as some do settle directly to serve in that provider over others. some even have long and worthwhile careers however the army is a lot harsher with and in the direction of its people and so is serving in it because of fact they could desire to be that way dissimilar the time because of their project. In some strategies it takes a particular person to deal with being interior the army or the Marine Corps and not all of us is decrease out for it.

I have to go with the Army. They both have pretty much the same physical requirements, but like another person said, the Air Force is a little more picky. They go for people with higher aptitudes.

EITHER ONE IS EASY TO JOIN. THE ARMY IS EASIER TO MOVE UP THE RANKS AND ALL YOU NEED IS A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED. THE AIR FORCE IS ALMOST THE SAME BUT IN ORDER TO FLY YOU HAVE TO HAVE A COLLEGIATE BACKGROUND AND YOU ARE PUT THROUGH A BATTERY OF RIGOROUS TEST. IF YOU PASS THEN YOU GO TO FLIGHT SCHOOL WHICH IS NO CAKE WALK. YOU CAN ALSO LEARN MORE TECHNICAL STUFF IF YOU DON'T QUALIFY TO FLY. YOU CAN BE PART OF A SUPPORT UNIT. THE ARMY IS MORE TO FIGHT AND LEARN THE ART OF WARFARE FROM THE GROUND UP. THE AIR FORCE IS VERY TECHNICAL NO MATTER WHAT JOB YOU QUALIFY FOR.

The Army has lower standards than the Air Force, but once you're in, you'll have it the easiest by far in the Air Force.

alright dude, if you join the airforce your a -----, with that said, the airforce is easier and a better lifestyle, however you have to score really high on the asvab(a military entry test for all branches), the army, you can get in with a 31 on your asvab, and also we do a bunch of dumb sh1t all the time, but its not so bad i guess, still i wish i would have joined the airforce myself, but also, its hard to get into the airforce cuz they are accepting very limited personal as they have been trying to put a bunch out since 04'

THE ARMY IS DEFINATELY EASIER JUST FOR THE FACT THAT THE AIR FORCE IS DOWN SIZING. UNLESS YOU JOIN THE AIR FORCE AND CHOOSE A JOB IN SPECIAL OPS SUCH AS SERE, COMBAT CONTROL, PARARESCUE ETC. YOU MAY BE WAITING A WHILE TO GET A SPOT IN BOOT CAMP. MY JOB IS SECURITY FORCES IN THE AIR FORCE AND THAT IS ALSO ANOTHER JOB THAT REALLY IS NOT DOWNSIZING.. ITS ALL UP TO YOU WHETHER YOU WANT A JOB SUCH AS THE ONES I MENTIONED OR AN EASIER JOB.

The air force requires you to be a little more brainy. The army does not really care about brains.
I've served in both branches.
