Do you have a morning routine? Just make the vitamins a part of it. As far as the rest of it, you may want to break up the project into little projects. That way you are constantly starting a new project towards the end of a big project. The exercising thing everybody does that if they don't start the exercise program right. Start a little at a time. Just throwing out an idea, because I experience this. Keep in mind it's only a thought, and you could research it more. I originally thought "ADD or ADHD" until you said you think you may be depressed.

I have Bipolar I. I used to stay up all night working on things (projects, cleaning, cooking, etc.) I rarely finished anything. I'm only suggesting it because it's what I went through.

It could be serious, it could be a phase, it could be normal. Do some research, pinpoint your symptoms, and decide whether it's enough of an interference with your life to seek professional help. Good luck.

Set smaller goals and tackle your projects in more than one step, by finishing them a little at a time, you get them done.

I had the same problem, say for example I wanted to swap an engine on a machine, which takes four hours and just like you, I get a ways through and that's the end of it...

Now, I say to myself: Ok, today all I do is remove the old engine.
Then I do that, and I feel complete.
I got what I wanted to do, done.
Nope, I don't care that the new engine isn't installed, because:
Tomorrow, I put the new engine in.

Because I feel good that I got what I had planned to do today, done.
Which gives me the energy to do what I plan to do tomorrow.
And so it gets done, you see.

One small step, and one day at a time.

If I were you I'd go see my family doctor for sounds like you may have ADD-where the brain cannot focus on one thing but jumps to different things all the time But if this is something thats fairly new or began while before it started did not have this problem for ADD usually starts already in Childhood then may be depression and there are varied medications that arae effective and gaive normalcy back to people in their lives BUT only a MDDoctor can determine. at least that its not something Physical, can also prescribe if suspect depression effective medication to get you back on track. Taking a MultiVitamin/Mineral Supplement in todays hectic world is a positive act for your health and can help brain function for body brain and vice versa all work together. If you have problems completing Write Notes to Yourself, get a Taskboard and keep in prominent place and check things off as you do them do a search on how to manage time.

It really sucks when I read people suggesting to go to a doctor or suggest medication, aways looking for the easy way out.To those people i would like to suggest this book Think Yourself to Health, Wealth, & Happiness: The Best of Joseph Murphy's Cosmic Wisdom. mean while try this. get a piece of paper and do the following
1. Finish the book
2. Go workout
3. feel good
4. be happy
Get the picture?
Then when you have done that, every morning read it before you do anything else, and before you go to sleep read it again. This works try it for a week you will notice that you will just start doing things.

ADD/ADHD in a child turns into Bipolar Disorder in adults. Its the same thing. The first thing I thought was that you have bipolar disorder but yes, I dont know your age.
Talk to your nurse or counselor at school. If you dont feel you have gotten enough help, talk to your family doctor.
Most of all, ask the right people for their opinion. And do ask! But dont rely on Yahoo Answers. Its been a start, continue on asking for help in real life.
