All the others say you are toast, but maybe she just needs time by herself. Are you the smothering kind, like trying to be around all of the time and trying to do everything for her to win her over?
If so you are not going to get anywhere doing that. Your only chance is to back off, then maybe in a few days check back in. Stop doing stuff for her, it robs her of the life's lesson of doing it herself even if she seems incompetent, she has to learn, plus if she fires you, she will have to do it all anyway.

It means to say that she is not attracted to you. When a girl tells
this to a guy, it means that the guy or you is a "Wuss". A "Wuss"
is an a*s*s kissing guy who will do everything just for the sake of
the girl. That is bad and girls will never be attracted to you.
The best thing to do is forget about the girl and look for another
girl. In that way, you will save yourself from a lot of heart ache
later on. Not to mention all the money that you will be wasting
on that girl. Duh! Don't be a "Wuss".

It's a trick, she's just shy and is actually saying I want anal, be direct with her and tell her it's ok to be honest with you because it's what you want to (if it's what you want of course) and from there things should be as they should.
