That is bad Latin - it is both misspelled and contains words that are not in the dictionary. It looks like it might be something from one of those awful online translators.

(stit) and (facid) towards me (tus) small (quelam)

Stit and facid look like mispelled verbs, possibly from stand and do/make/perform (he stands and performs toward/near me your small ?), but tus should be tuam (your) to go with the rest. However, there are no Latin words that start out quel-, and so I have no idea what they meant by it.
