it got a small little cut when it snagged and now it doesn't seem to want to heal properly. Around the holes it now has what looks like little blisters that'll bleed when I'm cleaning the piercing. Ive just started soaking a cotton ball in warm epsom salt water and I have been taking proper care of it since it was snagged. Aside from a doctor visit, is there anything anyone can think of that I do about this at home? Advice? Suggestions? Home remedies? Thanks in advance and I apologize for the length of this question.

Aloe Vera is a good skin healing herbal remedy. If this does not work, you may require Hydrocortizone steroidal cream from a doctor because it sounds like you may have an infection.

I never had anything that bled with mine, just pus, but you can try holding a hot washcloth over it and draw out any nasty stuff. Worked for me. Use sea salt, though, that stuff worked like magic for my piercings. You may also want to try tea tree oil, that made my nose ring heal right up.

You need to go to the doctor. I did the same and got a bad infection. I almost lost my eye. The infection got into the blood stream badly.

go to the person who pierced it, if they know what they're doing, they can help you. sea salt is what you want to be using over epsom. make sure you take care of it now as if you were healing your fresh piercing.

b.c sttrands of the cotton could be getting caught in the ring abd tey could be the problem use something solid like what they use for the pad's they use in cover-up. trust me i have my belly pierced and i know what its like.

just kidding....
keep cleaning a few times a day....try some aloe vera or hydrocortisone.
