it is crazy dandruff its like if i slightly touch my hair it drops all over the place

Most dandruff is caused by a disorder of the oil-secreting glands known as seborrhea
to minimize dandruff start from the inside. Avoid or decrease your intake of fried foods, dairy products, sugar, chocolate and nuts. Take fish oil tablets, Take selenium, vitamin B complex, vitamin E and zinc supplements. Do not exceed 100mg of zinc a day. Take vitamin C and a bioflavonoid complex.
to minimized dandruff from the outside. After you wash your hair with a good quality dandruff shampoo such as T-gel, rinse your hair with 1/4 cup of vinegar. This helps remove all soap residue and the excess oils.

DANDRUFF REMOVER:

1/2 cup of White Vinegar

Combine ingredients then apply directly to the scalp. Use before shampooing. Apply twice a week.

u mean, some amount of dandruff is acceptable to you ? That is funny.
anyway, if u r asking abt just dandruff, then try a good anti-dandruff shampoo and use it regularly twice or thrice a week until you r comfortable enough.

sometimes its more than just dandruff ur having, u should go to a dermatologist and ask for his/her advice. I would also use shampoo that helps moisturizing your scalp.

Isn't ANY dandruff, excess dandruff?

well head and shoulders have a new line out with different brands so id try there first and if that doesnt work you could go to the dr (dermatoligist? i think ) and see if they can't perscribe something for you i know how hard it is to live with just a lil so i feel for you and hope you find something that will work for you good luck
ps you could also go to a salon and ask them they should have a good idea of something better for you to use might save a trip to the drs office
