I imagine you're quite young, probably under 14 at least? Well you see, boobs are sexual organs, so guys are instinctively attracted to them. It's all just hormones. Remember, guys are hormonal all the time; girls are really only hormonal on their periods. I have small boobs. I know how self-conscious it can make you feel, but I do get some attention from guys all the same. Whenever I do get attention, I almost wish I had no boobs. Guys can be major jerks. Also, B cup boobs are not that big. It might seem like it now, but they are actually considered quite small. I recommend just not thinking about it.
